I declared my love for the Essie foils in one of my blogs last year and they were one coat, fast dry and just awesome. Well not only are these NYC versions just as good, there are 5 colours available and they’re only £1.99!!
I couldn’t wait a moment longer to blog about this new product – these photos were actually taken on my phone, I didn’t even have time for cameras and memory cards!
The only downside with foils (same with the Essie) is that they chip quickly, even my Seche Vite top coat I wear overnight chips the next day, but the formula makes reapplication so quick and easy that its no huge chore. My one issue with this particular colour is that I’m just not sure whether it borders a little too closely on an 80′s frosty pink. In some lights it is purple and in others.. Hmm. Other than that I’m loving this and can’t wait to try the others!
